Eligibility for returns and /or exchanges.

• All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged at the time of
  receipt. 
• No refunds, exchanges only,  at the discretion of Cell Phone Groupies after an inspection of the damaged item has been completed. If approved, an exchange for the exact item will be issued.
• If the product received is not the product listed at the time of purchase, a
  replacement order will be sent. 
• You have 7 calendar days to return, exchange or request a refund from the date
  you received the product. 
• The item must be in its original packaging. 
• The item must be unused and in the condition you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that your return has been received. If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
